2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Orders are confirmed only after receipt of full or agreed advance payment.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Custom-made furniture orders, once confirmed and production has started, cannot be cancelled.
3. Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

Delivery timelines vary based on product availability and location. Standard delivery may take 7–30 business days.

Delivery charges, if any, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Mohkam Furnishers is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Custom Orders

Custom furniture is crafted as per your specifications. Changes after production begins may incur additional charges.

Final product may have slight variations from 3D renderings due to natural material characteristics.
5. Returns & Exchanges

Ready-made products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition and original packaging.

Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
6. Intellectual Property: All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Mohkam Furnishers and is protected under Pakistani intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability Mohkam Furnishers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
8. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
